A Professor of Biology at St. Louis Community College Campus.
Bob Harms is a Professor of Biology at St. Louis Community College. He has his B.S. in Biology from Truman State University, his M.S. in Plant Ecology from Truman State University, and PhD in Plant Genetics from Saint Louis University.
Bob has published a biology lab manual with bluedoor as well as a study guide for Cengage. He’s recently been appointed Biology Department Chair, and is currently developing a “Best Practices in Biology” program for faculty teaching non-majors biology courses.
Adding to his achievements, Bob has received the Faculty Innovation Award from the Missouri Community College Association and the John and Susan Roueche Excellence in Teaching Award from the League of Innovations.
In his free time, he loves spending time with his family enjoying the outdoors. He’s also a big fan of bowling, and has bowled several 300 games!
